Listed below are the Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies projects Senator Blumenthal has submitted to the Senate Appropriations Committee. The Senate Appropriations Committee selects the final projects from the projects submitted by all senators. Therefore, neither submission of an application nor Senator Blumenthal’s approved list of projects are guaranteed for final funding.

  • This project will provide funding to complete the design for the West Side Wastewater Treatment Facility upgrade and expansion.

  • This project will provide funding to support the renovation of the Thompson Congregational Church.

  • This project will provide funding to restore the circa 1800 farmhouse located on 25 acres of open space in Unionville, CT.

  • This project will provide funding to support the PFAS treatment of two wells.

  • This project will provide funding to preserve and make publicly accessible Mystic Seaport’s historic watercraft collection of nearly 560 American-made vessels and marine engines.
