Blumenthal Announces Greenwich Resident, French Native Luc Hardy as Guest to Macron's Address

(Washington, DC) – U.S. Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) announced today that Greenwich resident and French native Luc Hardy will be his guest for French President Emmanuel Macron’s address to the joint session of Congress on Wednesday.

Luc Hardy is an accomplished entrepreneur, explorer, environmentalist and filmmaker who has harnessed his passion and energy to make our world a better place. I am proud to have him represent Connecticut and his native France at President Macron’s address to Congress,” Blumenthal said.

Luc Hardy lives in the Cos Cob section of Greenwich with his wife and two daughters. He is the founder of the environmental organization Pax Arctica and has led numerous scientific expeditions. He is the author of several books and has produced several documentaries and films.
