FY27 Programmatic Appropriations Form

Senator Richard Blumenthal’s Fiscal Year 2027 programmatic request form is now live. The deadline for submissions is April 6th, 2026 at 11:59PM. 

As a reminder, this form is not for Congressionally Directed Spending requests (i.e. earmarks). These are requests for Congress to fund an authorized federal program at a specific level or to include language directing a federal agency to implement a program in a specific way.
